Our journey as artists started in college over 40 years ago as we attended the same Universities graduating with art degrees. I started as a dancer and Fred majored in ceramic art.

Its been an interesting adventure. We have worked in the arts using various mediums and as teachers. There were years where Fred painted and I was his muse. We sold ceramic art and jewelry at craft fairs while consistently working as a collaborative team, invariably a joint effort. In addition to working in our beautiful Catskill Mountain jewelry studio not far from Woodstock NY, we currently teach and manage the ceramics arts program at a local college.

All of our work is made by the two of us in our studio. Fred carves the wax models, casts, sets stones and forges. I assist in finishing and specialize in hand hammering pieces that you will find in our Etsy shop. I also run the business end of this enterprise.

We use a tarnish resistant Sterling Silver. Our Sterling Silver alloy is similar to Argentium in tarnish resistance. Argentium is claimed by some as the most tarnish resistant, however it develops yellowing tarnish over time, our tarnish resistant Sterling Silver develops the familiar graying tarnish associated with aged Starling Silver.
